LEDPAX had the portfolio of a global industry leader but the brand presence of a regional supplier.

Despite completing lighting for some of the most recognizable developments in Montreal, Miami, and New York, their market positioning created a credibility gap that made it harder to compete for nine-figure and ten-figure projects.

The market couldn't tell whether LEDPAX was a distributor, a designer, a manufacturer, a sourcing partner, or something else entirely.
